I applied for a job as a care and support worker without any experience, they were willing to give me a chance and train me up to their high standard. They have praised me about how well I'm doing and recognise when someone does something good. I would call us more of a family than a company as we all work really hard together to give a good service to our clients. I am actually starting to believe that I'm doing well and I have been given the opportunity to better myself by doing my QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

My Little Angels are great. I have been with them Since Ann started the company.
On the whole all of the carers are great and I have a continuity of care, I have the same Lady for my morning visit and another Lady when she's away. I am very happy with the company and get very well looked after, I am very happy.
