We're delighted that because we're partnered with 'Birdie' all visits are logged, along with tasks completed, medication tracking and even moods, toilet trips and food/drink recording to name only a few!
Birdie allows us to ensure carers have a comprehensive list of tasks and requirements for each visits - which in turn, makes sure that your loved ones are receiving the most informed care possible.
Personalised Care Plans
When receiving care - we belive this should be tailored to how you want it, what works best for you and only what you're comfortable with.
We'll work closely with you to ensure that your care plan is exactly how you want it!
It'll be continuously reviewed to ensure it's always the best practice for you - whilst matching our Person Centered Approach.
Local Carers
When recruiting for carers, we think someone from the area is absolutely integral to providing an excellent service - so we only choose the best (of course) and all carers are local to BA14.
This gives them, you and us the sense of familiarity when it comes to home!
We also only cover a small area, so no carer is ever too far away should anything need to change at short notice!
Tailored Visit Lengths
When it comes to care, it's done at your pace.
Whether it be a 15 minute visit or a long stretch throughout the day, we can cover it.
Regardless of how long, our carers always stay the whole time. Always.
Core Care Providers
We know it can be a lot to welcome carers into your home, so we won't send someone in who you haven't been introduced to - and you'll have a small group of carers as your dedicated core team.
